SUMMARY: Leads complex reporting and analysis for assigned business teams to provide performance summaries across channels. Identify and deliver regular, actionable business and customer insights to business teams, NOA Leadership, and other stakeholders. Drive efficiencies through developing automated reporting/dashboards, maintaining related systems, developing new processes, implementing testing, and forecasting. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES - Act as a strategic partner to business teams holding regular insight touch points and proactively providing data driven recommendations. - Contribute to forecasting processes by interpreting data, documenting assumptions, refining models, and making operational adjustments to input / output. - Use analytical and database skills to develop reports and analysis to support partner teams. - Initiates and collaborates with team leadership to drive the creation of metrics, understand goals, and measure results. - Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and delivery of report automation; Automate frequently utilized reporting. - Manage data flow from data warehouse to visualization tools. Perform data auditing and troubleshooting. - Manage procedural responsibilities such as management of existing suites of automated reports. - Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions or generate data sets. - Develop presentations of complex data and content for stakeholders in an accurate, understandable, and engaging manner. SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS - 3+ years of experience in a Business or BI Analyst role developing dashboards, analysis, reporting, data warehousing solutions. - Experience with time series forecasts and forecast model improvements. - Expertise in SQL, relational databases, data warehousing, automation. - Ability to work with extremely large datasets. - Experience in working with Data visualization tools such as Tableau, building interactive reports, complex dashboards for different audiences, creating calculated KPIs or metrics by writing complex formulas. - Ability to translate complex analytical work into meaningful insights and recommendations for business stakeholders preferred. - Proven ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. - Ability to work under pressure, to fixed deadlines. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. - Knowledge of how to extract, clean and manipulate data from multiple systems into reporting objects for analysis. - Requires working knowledge and experience in own job family and broadens capabilities; has worked with and is proficient with current practices and procedures. - Undergraduate degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, engineering, economics, or other technical field. - For Bilingual, must be proficient in target language. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time. This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
