Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Administrator to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to firm leaders as assigned, including managing schedules and communications. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - Prepare correspondence and reports as required. - Assist with bookkeeping and budgeting as needed. - Assist with coordination and booking of staff travel. - Maintain client databases and contact information. - Coordinate meetings, including preparation of agenda and minutes. - Coordinate shareholder approval of QSR department expenses and assist with coding and reconciliation of company credit card reports. - Assist with routine billing as required. - Assist with Power Point presentations and marketing projects/campaigns as assigned. - Perform various other tasks as assigned that may not fall within the scope of this job description. - Be aware that the firm is subject to professional standards. - Understand, follow, and comply with the Company's policies, procedures, and work rules. - Must be available to work the hours required to meet deadlines for work assigned. This requires flexibility and working hours that may include weekend days, especially during busy periods. Additional Responsibilities: - Perform work in a professional manner and in accordance with firm policies and professional standards. - Communicate and cooperate effectively with clients, client staff, co-workers, supervisors, partners, and internal support staff. - Organize schedule to meet the requirements of the assignments. - Prioritize work assignments to meet the objectives of the firm. - Ability to meet deadlines and complete assignments with minimal supervision. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - One (1) year of office experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, typing and 10-key. - Excellent typing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience working in a CPA firm or professional office environment. - Working knowledge of office practices and procedures. Work Environment: - Occasional same day travel for meetings and seminars. - Increased workload required during certain times of the month and year. - General office working conditions. Physical Requirements: - Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer; stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry files and computer equipment weighing up to 25 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone. - Additional duties and responsibilities may be added to this job description at any time.
