Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, degree in health care or scientific field preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience
- 6+ years of relevant study operations management and people management experience
- At least (3) years of direct people management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt easily to rapidly changing needs
- Experience in drug development/clinical operations including an advanced working knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines
