Job Description The Legal Administrative Assistant III provides administrative and operational support for Client Legal Services attorneys under general attorney supervision. This role supports insurance defense litigation matters by entering and managing case-related data, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence related to trial, arbitration, and mediation. The assistant is responsible for calendar management, scheduling litigation events, e-filing, and supporting case workflows that require accuracy, adaptability, and strong external communication.
