Title: Commercial Operations Coordinator Location: United States - Remote Department: Commercial Job Description: Hybrid - Palo Alto, CA; Remote - US; Travel Required Transform healthcare with us. Qualified Health is a healthcare AI company partnering with health systems to deploy AI platforms that deliver measurable financial and clinical outcomes. Backed by investors like NEA, Transformation Capital, and SignalFire, we recently closed our Series B and are scaling our commercial team to match our growth. About the Role The Commercial Operations Coordinator owns the operational infrastructure of a fast-growing commercial team. You will manage scheduling across health system executives and internal leadership, coordinate industry events and conferences from logistics through follow-up, maintain CRM quality, and prepare the materials that set the team up to execute at the highest level. You will have direct visibility into how enterprise partnerships get structured and closed at a Series B healthcare AI company. You will sit in on meetings with health system C-suite executives, see how deals move from first conversation to signed agreement, and develop a working understanding of enterprise go-to-market strategy. For someone early in their career who wants to build toward a role in commercial operations, strategy, or healthcare technology, this is one of the best seats in the industry. What You’ll Do - Coordinate scheduling for the commercial team: meetings with health system executives, internal syncs, and cross-functional working sessions - Manage conference and event logistics end-to-end, including registration, travel coordination, booth setup, and post-event follow-up - Maintain CRM data quality and pipeline hygiene, ensuring records are accurate, contacts are current, and deal stages reflect reality - Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and supporting materials for prospect and partner meetings - Support the creation and formatting of commercial materials (decks, proposals, one-pagers) as needed - Track action items from meetings and ensure follow-through across the team - Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve how the commercial team operates day-to-day You Might Be a Great Fit If You - Have 1–3 years of professional experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative role, ideally at a startup or fast-paced professional environment - Are exceptionally organized and reliable. Nothing falls through the cracks - Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person - Are comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and standard business software - Take initiative. You see what needs to happen and do it without waiting to be asked - Are excited to learn how enterprise partnerships work at a high-growth healthcare AI company - Want to build a career in commercial operations, strategy, or healthcare technology Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. We value the ability to learn fast, operate independently, and deliver results in complex, high-stakes environments over domain expertise. Additional Details - Willingness to travel domestically as required to support events and conferences Our Commitment to Diversity Qualified Health is an equal opportunity employer. We believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace is essential to our success, and we are committed to building a team that reflects the world we live in. We encourage applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, marital status, disability, or veteran status.
