The Symplicity Spyral Territory Manager will be responsible for driving patient engagement and therapy adoption in high-potential markets. Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System is cutting-edge technology that will change the lives of patients with high blood pressure. This is a field-based role focused on therapy awareness, access, account activation, and collaboration with senior Territory Managers. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Territory & Account Development - Drive patient referrals and therapy awareness in targeted geographies. - Develop deep relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians and community stakeholders. - Support territory activation by opening new accounts in partnership with existing sales teams. Sales Execution - Promote and educate of the Symplicity therapy, acting as a therapy specialist and resource. - Execute focused outreach strategies in “hot” markets with high patient potential. - Collaborate with senior territory managers to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the territory. Customer Engagement - Serve as a consistent touchpoint for physicians and staff, building trust and credibility. - Educate and equip providers with therapy benefits and pathways that improve patient outcomes. - Support contract signing and onboarding processes for new accounts.
