Role Description We are looking to hire a Senior Cloud Solution Architect – Modernizing Infrastructure who is passionate about building strategy to scale solutions through processes and programs, develop high-quality, repeatable IP offerings assets for broad use by internal Microsoft delivery resources and help resolve escalations. You need to understand customers' overall cloud portfolio, IT and business priorities, and success measures to design implementation architectures and scalable cloud solutions leveraging expertise in cloud infrastructure solutions in Windows, Linux, Networking, Management, Storage, OSS, Infrastructure as code. - Drive building AI tools to increase operational efficiencies. - Coach field teams on various assets, value-based delivery, and embed delivery best practices into delivery guides. - Lead community programs, maintain certifications, and help shape Microsoft’s product roadmap by representing the voice of the customer. - Lead innovation at scale and empower customers to unlock the full value of their Cloud and AI investments. - Partner with customers, identify patterns, build solutions, skilling Field and building offerings based on those patterns. - Provide product team with a vision of what to build as best in class service. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies OR equivalent experience. - 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). - 4+ years experience working on technical projects. - Experience using Infrastructure as Code to design, build, test, and deploy infrastructure that supports application environments. - Background supporting application migrations involving components such as Windows and Linux virtual machines, databases, network file systems and server message block file shares, and virtual desktop infrastructure. - Demonstrated involvement in large-scale infrastructure migrations, including on-premises data center transitions to Azure, as well as building new Azure environments for emerging applications and services. - Proven aptitude for adopting new technologies, learn quickly, and stay current with relevant cloud platform trends and capabilities. - Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications). Requirements - Microsoft is unable to sponsor a work visa for this role due to the nature of the role’s job duties. - Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. - This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Benefits - Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400.00 - $203,600.00 per year. - Different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600.00 - $222,600.00 per year. - Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Our team is looking for exceptional engineers to design, develop, deploy, and secure a ClickHouse Cloud database platform across a variety of regulated and mission-critical environments. This is an exciting opportunity to architect solutions for high-performance, highly regulated systems, including environments with restricted or no internet connectivity. This role involves architecting secure, resilient, and scalable solutions tailored for sensitive workloads. You will work closely with Security, Dataplane, ClickHouse Core, and Infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with NIST, FedRAMP, Protected B, IRAP, and other security frameworks, while enabling our elastic, limitless scale, high-performance, server-less ClickHouse Cloud capabilities across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem deployments.
