Role Description This position is remote within Colombia. Huge is expanding its delivery capability to support a major eCommerce client across three simultaneous feature tracks: a new product experience, an auto-replenishment subscription flow, and a CMS-driven partner collaboration platform. We need someone to own it. As a Senior QA Analyst, you will: - Own Experience Quality Across Active Sprint Tracks - Test features and flows as they are built, sprint by sprint. - Execute functional, visual, and cross-device testing on features and components. - Work from defined acceptance criteria to validate behavior against signed-off designs and requirements. - Test across all relevant breakpoints and device categories. - Maintain a clear, organized defect log. - Build and maintain regression coverage as features mature. - Embed Inside the Sprint and Keep Things Moving - Participate in sprint planning to understand what is being built. - Provide timely turnaround on test execution. - Raise blockers early and clearly. - Partner with the QA Lead to triage defects and agree on severity. - Participate in sprint demos. - Drive Integration and Functional Coverage - Test eCommerce integration touchpoints. - Validate subscription feature states across all defined conditions. - Test authenticated and unauthenticated user flows. - Document and communicate integration-related defects clearly. - Leverage AI and Automation to Test Smarter - Use AI-assisted tools to support test case generation and defect analysis. - Contribute to automated test coverage. - Bring working familiarity with automation concepts into daily practice. - Stay curious about AI capabilities in testing. - Prepare for Client UAT and Support Release - Support cross-component regression testing during the hardening phase. - Prepare test summary documentation for the client. - Provide hands-on support during client UAT. - Contribute to release readiness prep. Qualifications - A track record of QA delivery on digital product or eCommerce engagements. - Direct experience working within sprint-based delivery teams. - Comfort testing eCommerce functionality. - Strong defect reporting discipline. - Experience with cross-device and cross-browser regression testing. - Familiarity with automated testing concepts. - An eye for experience quality. - Experience working inside an established engineering workflow. - Comfort communicating in English in a professional setting. - Practical familiarity with AI-assisted tools in a testing or development context. - A working style that is proactive rather than reactive. - Colombia-based, available to overlap with US Eastern and Central time zones during core working hours.
