Role Description Your future role at a glance: - Location: Remote - Department: Human Resources - Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time | Temporary - Position projected to end 6 months after start date and has potential to be evaluated for extension at that time. - Salary: $26.87/hr (potential to change depending on geozone) How you’ll make an impact in this role: - Relationship Management & Onboarding Support: Serve as the dedicated single point of contact within the HR Operations and Shared Services Department, utilizing excellent customer service and strong independent and team-player skills to build solid relationships and provide proactive support to Talent Advisors, Hiring Leaders, and candidates. - End-to-End Compliance & Process Execution: Manage the critical onboarding workflow—including processing offer letters, ordering and monitoring background checks, verifying I-9 eligibility, and tracking pre-employment electronic forms—while demonstrating a unique ability to think outside the box while staying completely within compliance guidelines. - Specialized Pre-Boarding Expertise: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by applying preferred knowledge of Divestitures and Contingent Workers/Non-Employed Persons, alongside specialized pre-boarding experience tailored specifically for unique talent pipelines (including Acquisitions, Physician & Pharmacy Residents, and RN Residents). - Data Analysis & Model Optimization: Coordinate with HR colleagues to identify operational trends, training needs, and continuous optimization opportunities for the market HR Operations model, leveraging preferred reporting skills and validated technical proficiency in Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables), Oracle Cloud, and iCims. Qualifications - High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
