UPS - United Parcel Service
• Prospect for new clients to expand market share in the small customer segment. • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries timely and effectively. • Develop strong relationships with existing customers to support growth and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction. • Creates and positions compelling value proposals to potential and existing customers. • Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry – Required
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) – Required
- Intermediate computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook (Microsoft Office) and Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong financial and market knowledge
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle | Class 5 License
- Availability to work flexible hours and provides own vehicle for business
- Bachelor's degree or International equivalent – Preferred
