• Implement and manage Azure infrastructure using core Azure services (compute, storage, networking, identity). • Support Azure resource deployment following established architecture standards and best practices. • Assist with environment builds across development, test, and production subscriptions. • Monitor Azure resources and assist with troubleshooting performance, availability, and configuration issues. • Author and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and Terraform under guidance from senior engineers. • Deploy Azure resources via CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows. • Participate in code reviews to ensure IaC follows organizational standards and Azure best practices. • Support Azure networking implementations, including: • Virtual Networks (VNets) • Subnets and IP addressing • Network Security Groups (NSGs) • User Defined Routes (UDRs) • Work closely with senior cloud engineers, DevOps, and security teams.

Role Description BP3 is seeking a hands-on Support Engineer with strong experience in Blue Prism to join our support and managed services team. This role focuses on supporting, maintaining, and evolving production Blue Prism environments for enterprise clients, often as part of long-term managed service engagements. You will work closely with BP3 architects, database teams, and client stakeholders to ensure stable operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of Blue Prism platforms - including infrastructure components such as SQL Server, monitoring tooling, and environment configuration. This is not a “ticket factory” role. It requires solid platform and infrastructure expertise, including the ability to troubleshoot across the application, database, and operating system layers, sound technical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers. • Lead and contribute to architectural initiatives designed to improve the scalability and cost-efficiency of our Federal environment. • Serve as the senior technical escalation point for Data Infrastructure issues in FedRAMP. • Collaborate with the Data Infrastructure team to enhance and validate Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies. • Ensure the health and performance of core stateful systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka) under strict compliance constraints. • Partner with security teams to implement necessary controls, including automated certificate management, network policy enforcement, and regular security patching.
