Dynamics CRM Administrator
ASC Engineered Solutions
• Support, configure, and continuously improve our CRM environment. • Responsible for day-to-day CRM administration, user support, data quality, training enablement, vendor coordination, and delivery of small to medium CRM enhancements. • Hands-on in Dynamics 365 Sales, understanding CRM process design, work directly with sales, IT, and external partners to improve system usability and adoption.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of CRM administration within Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse.
- Experience configuring CRM forms, fields, views, dashboards, business rules, calculated fields, and security settings.
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, record ownership, duplicate management, and data cleanup.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, Power Platform.
- Experience with ERP/customer master data, quoting, CPQ and data integrations.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
