Virtual Assistant – Performance Marketing Specialist

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across **Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP), Walmart Connect, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Shop & TikTok Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max), Reddit Ads, Instacart Ads, and other retail media channels** • Help drive growth and visibility across **Faire and other marketplace platforms** • Improve **TACOS, ROAS, contribution margin, and overall profitability** through keyword research, bid optimization, audience targeting, campaign restructuring, and continuous testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and promotional strategies • Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency targets, monitor inventory levels, and adjust advertising spend accordingly • Analyze customer acquisition costs (CAC), repeat purchase behavior, lifetime value (LTV), competitive activity, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities • Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards, report on channel performance, and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights • Collaborate closely with leadership, operations, and creative teams to coordinate product launches, improve product listings and conversion rates, and support marketplace expansion initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years managing performance marketing for eCommerce or CPG brands
- Deep experience with Amazon PPC
- Experience with Walmart Connect
- Experience managing Meta Ads
- Experience managing Google Ads and YouTube campaigns
- Experience scaling TikTok Shop or TikTok Ads
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Ability to interpret data and make fast decisions
- Experience managing advertising budgets profitably
- Experience with Reddit Ads and community-driven marketing
- Experience with Instacart Ads or retail media networks
- Experience working with food, beverage, or snack brands
- Experience with Shopify brands
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium10, Data Dive, Pacvue, Perpetua, Quartile, Triple Whale, or similar platforms
- Understanding of retail velocity and omnichannel strategy
- Experience with creative testing and landing page optimization
