• Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as: - Google Search & Display - Google Local Services Ads - Meta (Facebook/Instagram) • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting tailored to clients’ specific needs • Write and test ad copy • Set up conversion tracking and ensure campaigns are optimized for leads (calls, form fills, appointment requests) • Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to improve CPL and ROI • Provide clear, concise performance reporting and insights • Collaborate with the agency lead on strategy, testing plans, and next steps • Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising policies (HIPAA-aware best practices) when necessary
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience
- Strong experience with Google Ads (Search is a must; Local Services Ads a plus)
- Experience marketing for healthcare, medical practices, or professional services preferred
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and proactively
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on lead quality, not just clicks
- Clear communicator who is responsive and organized
