• Oversee a team including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Project Assistants • Manage all aspects of assigned projects and supervise interaction with customers • Engage in business development activities with customers, building relationships through meetings and presentations • Participate in proposal activities to meet customer expectations and ensure complete scope of services • Assign and coordinate duties for project execution • Manage project staffing needs, ensuring quality deliverables • Maintain high-level contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve conflicts • Conduct supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and applicable laws • Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Project Management

Job Requirements

  • Ten or more years of high voltage related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an applicable field of study
  • Knowledgeable of general civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical industries
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project
