Role Description We are looking for a Consulting Project Manager with experience engaging with customer stakeholders to develop partnerships, leveraging broad technical expertise. Responsibilities - Account Delivery Management: - Drives and maintains obligations to customer across the delivery lifecycle. - Ensures that customer-required or market-required security certifications are active. - Leads or participates in steering committee meetings with strategic customers. - Contributes to consumption activities by identifying blockers to consumption goals. - Supports relationships with key stakeholders in the customer portfolio. - Collaborates with Sales to support contract setup, signature, compliance, and execution. - Business Growth: - Demonstrates accountability for the financial health of a project or program. - Identifies opportunities to accelerate and drive consumption and delivery. - Drives incremental business on top of existing projects and programs. - Engages in the pursuit cycle to ensure deals are structured appropriately. - Closure: - Applies advanced knowledge across project management principle areas to execution and delivery. - Drives timely project closure by ensuring completion of project sign off tasks. - Drives incremental process improvement by reflecting on and sharing lessons learned. - Contracting: - Facilitates contracting process for customer and partner resources. - Supports negotiation and structuring of fixed-fee subcontractor contracts. - Monitors and initiates Amendments, Delivery Acceptance, Proof of Delivery, and Invoicing processes. - Initiation: - Balances needs across projects in challenging situations. - Drives project initiation for projects of medium complexity. - Intellectual Property (IP): - Researches and proactively shares intellectual property (IP). - Holds others accountable for reusing appropriate IP and collective knowledge. - Monitoring and Controlling: - Orchestrates and oversees a broad range of project metrics. - Ensures timely completion and quality of deliverables. - Proactively manages risks and issues within projects. - Planning: - Develops detailed project management plan to drive predictable delivery. - Establishes clear expectations and accountabilities with all project team members. - Presales: - Contributes to pre-sales for medium-impact projects. - Participates in review of proposed scope and assists in developing Statement of Work (SOW). - Relationship Development: - Engages with customer stakeholders to develop partnerships. - Drives customer satisfaction by engaging with customers stakeholders in a positive manner. - Adheres to project compliance standards and manages compliance-related complexities. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 3+ years experience in project management OR equivalent experience. Requirements - Security Clearance Requirements: Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements. - The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance. - Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance. - Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check. - Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship. Benefits - Consulting Project Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,800.00 - $193,800.00 per year. - There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. - Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

• Develop and Lead Clinical Trial Delivery Programs: Help to implement best practice work plans for sponsor and CRO-facing implementations, emphasizing clinical trial delivery and tech capability transfer. Support target service levels focused on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Contribute to RFP responses and guide product roadmap decisions. Surface and expand on strategic vendor partnerships and identify essential integrations for a seamless end-to-end clinical trial workflow. • Help to continue to establish a Site Selection Program: Promote CRIO’s Site Directory as a site selection and performance evaluation tool. Support a data-driven service to assist sponsors in identifying top-performing CRIO sites. Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure site success. • Serve as a Clinical Project Manager: Support existing SPMs in day to day tasks and assist with larger project management as needed. Lead project execution by collaborating with clients to understand project needs, strategies, and deliverables. Guide clients through CRIO platform implementation, process changes, and operational enhancements. Address client concerns, manage escalations, and ensure high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Drive Team Productivity and Efficiency: Contribute to project staffing, progress monitoring, and workload management to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. Collaborate with senior management to prioritize deliverables for multiple concurrent projects. Interface with internal teams and external vendors (IRT, eCOA, labs) to ensure seamless project execution. Assess CRIO’s service level offerings and propose enhancements for better efficiency and quality. • Support Sales and Marketing Efforts: Partner with sales and marketing to develop and deliver compelling capabilities presentations. Act as a CRIO representative at professional meetings, promoting CRIO’s vision and offerings. • Contribute to Organizational Development: Continuously explore ways to improve departmental processes and cross-departmental collaboration. Take on additional responsibilities as necessary to support organizational growth. • Maintain Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on clinical research trends, client needs, and regulatory developments. Participate in company-sponsored training to enhance technical and industry expertise.
