• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, creating a high-performing environment built on autonomy, accountability, and coaching • Own delivery and outcomes across 10 product teams, from discovery through to value realisation • Translate product strategy into clear priorities, plans, and measurable outcomes for your area • Make and guide prioritisation decisions, ensuring teams focus on the highest-impact work • Partner with Product Directors to align priorities, manage trade-offs, and maintain a coherent experience across domains • Establish clear ways of working, governance, and planning processes that enable teams to deliver effectively • Monitor progress closely, stepping in where needed to keep delivery on track without becoming a bottle neck • Work with Design and Engineering to ensure solutions balance customer experience, technical constraints, and speed to value • Optimise delivery across teams by managing dependencies, sequencing work, and driving consistency • Drive continuous improvement in how teams operate, including the adoption of AI and tooling
