Job Requirements
- 2+ years of programmatic media experience, ideally across CTV, Display, and Video; exposure to Native, Audio, or OOH is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in retail marketplaces such as Walmart, Target, or Best Buy.
- Proficiency in major DSPs (TTD & DV360 preferred) and familiarity with Ad Servers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience training or guiding junior team members is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
