• Endpoint & Device Support: Image, deploy, and maintain laptops and desktops for site staff — engineers, supervisors, quality, and front office. • Configure and support ruggedized handhelds, barcode scanners, RFID readers, and tablets. • Manage device inventory, spares pool, and break-fix swap-outs to keep both office staff and the production line running. • Network & Firewall: Install, configure, and maintain switches, access points, and cabling across the plant. • Support industrial wireless coverage on the floor — surveys, AP placement, troubleshooting. • Connect and support test stations (HiPot, functional test, burn-in), torque tools, vision systems, and other production equipment to the network and MES. • Run the site's local helpdesk: own the ticket queue, triage, resolve, and escalate appropriately. • Provide walk-up and floor-side support to all site personnel.

• Own the domain technology roadmap — current-state assessment, target-state architecture, capability maps, and sequenced transition plans aligned to enterprise investment cycles. • Lead architecture governance, including design reviews, architecture decision records (ADRs), and standards of compliance across your domain. • Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to evaluate technology options, define integration patterns, and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and long-term strategy. • In the reverse logistics / supply chain role, define and evolve end-to-end architecture for the returns lifecycle — return initiation, routing, triage, refund orchestration, restock, refurbishment, and secondary-market disposition. • Architect integrations across order management (OMS), warehouse management (WMS), transportation management (TMS), inventory, finance, and carrier ecosystems. • Partner with Supply Chain, Store Operations, and Customer Care leaders to drive improvements in return cycle time, recovery value, and cost-to-serve. • In the store systems & omnichannel role, define and evolve the target-state architecture for unified commerce, ensuring seamless customer and associate experiences across digital and physical channels. • Architect the POS and store operations platform landscape, including modernization strategies, cloud-native POS, and associate-facing applications. • Design omnichannel fulfillment architecture — BOPIS, curbside pickup, ship-from-store, endless aisle, and store-to-store transfers.
