Qualifications - Active Special Education teaching license/certification. - Demonstrated expertise in providing specially designed instruction and working effectively with diverse student populations in educational settings. - Strong knowledge of systematic, explicit phonics-based programs (e.g., Orton Gillingham or Wilson methodologies preferred). - Foundational understanding of neuropsychological principles as they apply to education and learning differences. - Exceptional collaborative communication skills for engaging with IEP teams, including teachers, parents, and students. - Proficiency in conducting virtual services using meeting platforms and a strong command of instructional technology. Requirements - Dedicated, private workspace with a secure, high-speed internet connection, reliable computer, and webcam. - Required availability during traditional school hours (8:00am - 4:00pm) and days (Monday-Friday). - Commitment to a minimum availability of 10 hours per week is highly preferred. - Fluency in additional languages is a significant asset.
