We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Data Platform Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in setting up and managing Cloud Data Platform infrastructure for Azure Cloud Data Stacks and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will also have a solid background in configuring and implementing DevOps pipelines using GitActions CI/CD and Terraform. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage Cloud Data Platform infrastructure for Azure Data Factory (ADF), Self-hosted Integration Runtime (SHIR), LogicApps, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2), and Blob Storage - Configure and optimize Snowflake data warehouse solutions to meet business requirements - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitActions to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes - Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) to automate and manage cloud resources - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable, reliable cloud solutions - Monitor and troubleshoot Cloud Data Platform infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance - Implement security best practices to safeguard data and cloud resources You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , Management Information Systems or similar related technical degree - 5+ years of hands-on experience in setting up and managing Cloud Data Platform infrastructure for Azure Cloud Data Stacks (ADF, SHIR, LogicApps, ADLS Gen2, Blob Storage) - 3+ years of experience in Snowflake configuration and optimization - 3+ years of experience hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices, including GitActions CI/CD and Terraform - 2+ years of experience with setting up, configuring, and optimizing Databricks for data engineering and analytics workloads - Solid understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure as code (IaC) principles - Proven excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proven solid communication and collaboration skills - Ability to travel up to 10% when needed Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with other cloud platforms and data solutions - Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). • Work on various projects to help customers get the most out of their data • Design and maintain scalable data pipelines leveraging technologies such as Airflow, dbt, BigQuery, Pubsub, and Snowflake • Develop and optimize data infrastructure in the Google Cloud environment • Use Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and manage containerized workloads • Implement data governance, security, and quality measures • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy BI dashboards • Continuously refine data architecture to accommodate changing business needs • Champion a culture of innovation by researching, evaluating, and recommending emerging data technologies

• Lead CPQ & Revenue Data Migrations • Own the data strategy for migrating core revenue entities including products, price books, quotes, quote line items, contracts, subscriptions, amendments, and invoice records. • Develop migration blueprints that support Salesforce CPQ and Billing data models, including multi-currency, multi-org, and tax configuration considerations. • Partner with functional teams to ensure accurate configuration of product bundles, pricing rules, and approval processes are reflected in data loads. • Define and document end-to-end data architecture, field mappings, and transformation logic across legacy ERP, CPQ tools, billing systems, and Salesforce. • Design flexible, reusable migration frameworks to accommodate ongoing data loads (delta or phased) across environments. • Ensure data migration aligns with Salesforce Revenue Cloud metadata structure and dependencies. • Build and execute SQL-based data extraction and transformation scripts using Microsoft SQL Server, DBAmp, or equivalent tools. • Perform iterative test loads to sandboxes and production environments, ensuring data quality and reconciliation with legacy systems. • Validate bundle integrity, pricing calculations, and downstream impacts on revenue recognition and reporting. • Conduct data migration discovery sessions and workshops with customers to refine scope and identify risks early. • Provide regular migration progress updates, issue logs, and cutover plans to project stakeholders. • Create a seamless customer experience through thorough documentation, testing, and enablement support. • Work closely with Salesforce Solution Architects, RevOps leaders, developers, and QA teams to ensure data integrity throughout the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. • Contribute to standardization of data migration best practices, templates, and accelerators for Revenue Cloud engagements.

• Design and implement scalable data warehouse and lakehouse architectures on the Cloudera platform. • Define enterprise data models, governance frameworks, security standards, and data quality practices. • Architect and optimize analytics solutions across SQL engines including Impala, Hive, and Iceberg. • Design AI-powered analytics solutions leveraging LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases (such as PostgreSQL, Qdrant, Milvus), and NLQ capabilities. • Lead the integration of AI/ML capabilities into enterprise data platforms and data pipelines. • Leverage vibe coding / AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development and improve productivity. • Build and optimize batch and near real-time data pipelines. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data products and analytics solutions. • Establish best practices for performance optimization, data architecture, and AI-assisted development. • Mentor teams on modern data architecture and AI-enabled development methodologies. • Ensure data security, governance, and compliance within enterprise data platforms.
