Role Description This is a remote position. We're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter at Ayrin Digital. - Remote (India) | Full-Time - We need someone who can find the engineers other recruiters miss — senior AI/ML, fullstack, DevOps, and architects — through deep outbound sourcing, not just waiting for inbound. What this looks like day-to-day: - Own full-cycle recruiting for niche engineering roles (AI, fullstack, .NET, DevOps) - Build outbound pipelines on LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, Wellfound - Run structured screening calls — protect hiring manager time ruthlessly - Partner directly with the founder and engineering leadership Qualifications - 5–8+ years in technical recruiting with senior/hard-to-fill roles - Know your Boolean strings and X-ray search cold - Can read an AI engineer's resume and have a real conversation about it - Obsess over shortlist quality, not volume
