We have an opportunity for a Sr Data Analyst with Optum Rx. This is a strategic analysis role that requires technical expertise with data analysis. Employees in this position conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short- and long-term operational and strategic business activities by developing, maintaining, and enhancing operational information and models. Primary Responsibilities: - This is a strategic analysis role that requires technical expertise with data analysis - Produce leading edge forecasting and analytics to guide the business - Ability to gain insights and knowledge from historical data and trends - Review the approaches to complex business problems - Produce effective analytics that yield large improvements for the business - Serve as an expert who will lead transformational business change based on solid analytics and recommendations - Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed - Work with less structured, more complex issues You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
