Senior Analyst, Operations Finance

• Reporting to the Manager, Operations Finance • Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to manufacturing and operations leaders • Own core operational reporting and margin analytics • Provide financial insight and decision support to stakeholders across the business • Lead monthly Operations Finance reporting (OPEX, variance analysis, executive commentary) • Extract, validate, and analyze ERP and other financial data • Prepare and distribute reporting packages; support review meetings with performance insights • Own monthly margin reporting, consolidating multi-source data into standardized outputs • Ensure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation • Analyze cost per unit, production costs, and gross margins • Support budgeting and forecasting processes (templates, consolidating inputs, validating assumptions) • Act as Finance Business Partner across FP&A, Accounting, Operations, and Product

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in operations finance, FP&A, or manufacturing finance
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, complex formulas, multi-source data consolidation)
  • ERP experience (e.g., Sage), including data extraction, validation, and understanding transaction flows
  • Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting/forecasting
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
  • CPA designation (or in progress)
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, CPG, or cannabis
  • Knowledge of standard costing, BOM, and production economics

The Side-by-Side Peer Navigator is a lived experience role supporting autistic young people aged 16–25 as they explore and move into adulthood pathways. We are currently seeking 4 Peer Navigators to join the team, with a planned start date of 3 August. - Provide autistic lived-experience, strengths-based guidance to help young people and their families/carers explore and plan pathways into: - Further education and training - Employment and volunteering - Independence and daily living - Community participation - Work within a supported decision-making framework to assist users in navigating services, building confidence, and developing personalized transition goals through: - Online 1:1 sessions - Group facilitation - Digital engagement via the Side-by-Side microsite - This role is not clinical or therapeutic and does not provide case management. It focuses on relational support, information sharing, coaching, and navigation to help users connect with the right supports at the right time. - This is a part-time (0.6 FTE), fixed-term contract (concluding December 2027). - The salary range is $44.58 – $47.97 per hour, equating to approximately $88,000 – $95,000 per annum (plus superannuation), dependent on skills and qualifications. - The role is designed as fully remote, with work performed from a home-based setting within Australia.
