Qualifications - Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und gute Kenntnisse in der Plattformbetrieb und Systemarchitektur, idealerweise in den Bereichen Ladeinfrastruktur, IoT oder Energie. - Charging Backends (CPMS) und Standards wie OCPP/OCPI beherrschst Du sicher. Role Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Director to lead a growing Complex Community Care division within an established healthcare organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the performance, quality, growth, and consistency of community-based services across multiple regions. Working closely with Regional Operations Managers, Clinical Leads, Registered Managers, and branch teams, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the division while ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality care. • Monitor that payment methods work properly, escalate issues to respective providers and teams; • Analyze acceptance rates of different payment methods/providers/cashiers and make decisions as to which payment method to enable/disable and which volumes to process on each; • Ensure sufficient available balance across different payment methods to process withdrawals, initiate top-ups, and analyze the cost structure of each method; • Review and create backup/contingency and emergency plans; • Create monitoring guidelines and procedures for monitoring and support teams; • Report daily and weekly payment activities and issues to the Head of Operations; • Assist with the integration of new payment providers/methods; • Suggest product/flow improvements (e.g., validation fields, placeholders on forms); • Handle requests from customer support; • Test new payment methods integrations/deployments; • Partner closely with the BI department to build, ensuring data-driven enhancements to all internal reporting and consistent tracking of critical business metrics.

• Research, initiate follow-up and resolve all health care insurance claim accounts with existing credit balances. • Navigate through various payer systems and multiple internal systems to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims. • Use critical and analytical problem solving skills to resolve issues. • Utilizes excellent written and oral communication skills to collaborate and maintain positive working relationships with peers, leaders, clinical personnel, and payer representatives to resolve credit balances. • Contributes to implementation of process improvement initiatives aimed at improving credit department. • Supports monthly reporting of outstanding credit balances.
