• Provide day-to-day administrative support for VisionWalks, including venue research, database entry, meeting coordination, and administrative setup, reporting, and invoice tracking/processing. • Support the preparation and distribution oof event-related collateral across channels, internally and externally, ensuring materials are accurate and aligned with communication standards. • Provide research and administrative support to internal field teams for funding opportunities. • Support in-kind donation outreach efforts as assigned in support of event or national program initiatives. • Provide excellent customer service and support • Support day-of volunteer coordination, including scheduling, communication, and day-of check-in support, in alignment with event plans.

• Continuously prepare and supply the driller with tooling and materials necessary to maintain the drilling operations. • Handle drill rods and casing, core tubes and core samples. • Maintain and organize appropriate inventory levels of necessary materials, supplies and tooling for the drill rig and support vehicles. • Assist the Driller, client and other team members where required. • Regular and repetitive lifts of 50-90 lbs.

• Assist in preparing document sets for national visas (D) • Review and verify clients’ documents to ensure they meet requirements set by German embassies and consulates • Coordinate and book appointments at German Diplomatic Missions and German immigration offices • Draft clear, professional instructions for clients and write professional emails to German authorities • Track updates in German immigration laws and specific local requirements in different German cities
