Job Requirements
- Tu es étudiant(e) en école de commerce ou à l'université (Master 1 ou Master 2).
- Tu recherches une année de césure ou un stage de fin d'études.
- Tu as un réel intérêt pour la grande distribution et tu apprécies le contact humain, le terrain et les environnements dynamiques.
- Tu es autonome, débrouillard(e), curieux(se) et tu as envie d'apprendre.
- Le permis B est indispensable.

Encourage participants during ministry time while maintaining oversight to ensure that projects and tasks are running smoothly, supplies needed are available, and questions are answered. • Relational Leadership: Build and maintain positive relationships with local PPM church partners and ministries. • Debrief & Devotions: Assist in leading evening devotions and Gospel centered debriefs. • Logistical Support: Properly maintain budget and record trip expenses, help prepare meals for the team each day, manage supplies and inventory, drive to and from ministry sites, and ensure lodging facilities are clean and well-maintained during the week.
• Understand and adhere to the National EMR Policies and Procedures Manual, Uniform Handbook, and Operations Manual. • Foster a culture that encourages team members to work safely, identify potential hazards, and report safety concerns immediately to their direct chain of command. • Maintain active status within the agency’s platforms, including learning management systems to complete training that may be directed toward self-improvement, mission-specifics, or Just-In-Time (JIT) training. • Responsible for vital signs on patients. • Responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living to include but not limited to grooming and bathing, helping patients with eating, assisting with mobility, etc. • Ensure complete and appropriate documentation on medical records. • Collaborates with nurses (LVNs and RNs) for duties or tasks to be completed by end of shift. • Familiarity with signs and symptoms of improved or declined medical status. • Reports changes in patient’s conditions quickly and efficiently to LVN or RN. • Ensures patient’s comfort and well cared for while under the care of Doctors and Nurses. • Ensures patient’s room are stocked with adequate supplies as deemed necessary. • Know and recognize the signs of abuse, neglect, exploitation, and sexually provocative behavior when observing clients and implement professional response, reporting, and documenting procedures. • Maintain first aid kits per licensing standards. • Assist in medical intake process in collaboration with other medical staff. • Maintain confidentiality of health care records and information in keeping with HIPAA, Protected Health Information (PHI) requirements and National EMR confidentiality protocol and procedures. • Assist with distributing daily medical list to all designated staff. • Participate in transport of clients to and from the medical clinic for medical appointments. • Implement National EMR safety protocols including evacuating with clients and other staff in case of an emergency. • Other duties as assigned.
