Senior UX Researcher – English/Spanish

Booksy

• Help Booksy build a deep understanding of customers and deliver a market-leading product experience. • Lead the planning and execution of research initiatives using interviews, observations, surveys, usability studies, and other methods to generate actionable insights. • Synthesize data from across the business and align stakeholders on customer understanding. • Drive decisions that directly impact product strategy. • Work closely with designers, product managers, analysts, and engineers to ensure research supports business goals. • Communicate findings clearly and champion the customer perspective in internal discussions. • Mentor non-researchers in engaging with customers. • Contribute to maintaining an outstanding research practice and positive team culture.

Job Requirements

  • 4–7 years of practical experience in UX or applied research, including at least 3 years on a large-scale, multinational technology product
  • A relevant degree in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, or another related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and synthesize research using multiple qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly to non-research stakeholders
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
  • It will also help you to have familiarity with common research and collaboration tools, including GSuite
  • Demonstrable experience mentoring or educating non-researchers in research practice.

Role Description As a Senior Quantitative Researcher, you will own end-to-end research and production pipelines for one or more trading strategies.
