Dealer Development Manager

• Proactively target, pitch, and onboard independent and franchised commercial truck dealerships (Class 6-8) across the US market. • Partner directly with Dealer Principals, General Managers, and F&I Leaders to demonstrate how MVP’s modern, tech-forward commercial warranties maximize their per-vehicle-retail (PVR) profitability. • Drive the successful implementation of MVP's programs by training dealership finance managers and sales teams on product options and platform utilization. • Act as the primary growth engine for your assigned territory, identifying market gaps and positioning MVP as the premier alternative to legacy truck warranty providers. • Maintain high dealer satisfaction, acting as the strategic point of contact to ensure seamless integration, high engagement, and long-term volume growth.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven dealer-facing sales experience specifically within the Commercial Truck Warranty, Heavy-Duty Equipment, or Commercial F&I sectors. (Direct experience with truck protection products is mandatory).
  • A strong track record of opening doors, overcoming objections, and building a solid book of dealer business from scratch.
  • An active, existing relationship network with commercial truck dealers, fleet operators, or independent truck centers in the US.
  • Deep understanding of dealership P&L, menu-selling strategies, and commercial financing.
  • Comfortable with regular regional/national travel to support dealers face-to-face and close major accounts.

Role Description The Area Sales Manager (ASM) serves within the Sales organization reporting directly to their assigned Area Sales Director. The ASM is responsible for sales and customer support in their assigned territory. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. - Ability to travel up to 75% of the time. - Must be able to complete all credentialing requirements for access to specific hospitals/institutions in the assigned region/territory and stay current with overall and account-specific requirements. Credentialing requirements include criminal background, drug screen, and national sex offender registry checks. - Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. - Must be able to pass standard pre-employment screens including background check with MVR and drug test. Role Description Provide and facilitate amazing patient-centered clinical care to our pediatric patients. We are currently hiring for the following FT shift: This position consists of two 12-hour shifts per week with a rotating day/night schedule. Participation in weekend and holiday rotations is required. Reporting to a Nurse Lead, your key responsibilities will include: - Assessment of urgent pediatric concerns and proactively triaging patients to support appropriate utilization of Pomelo Care and/or emergency services. Triages may be conducted in multiple modalities including chat/SMS-based, telephone, and video visits. - Following evidence-based clinical protocols in the assessment and triage of pediatric patients. - Ongoing clinical and psychosocial assessment of new pediatric patients, providing reassurance and building rapport. - Identifying and addressing barriers to care that have been identified by patients and/or the care team. - Reducing care gaps (missed appointments, medication management, etc.) by frequent engagements with patients. - Assessing the need for and educating patients on the equipment they will use to monitor their infants’ health remotely. - Ongoing surveillance and timely response to abnormal diagnostic results (labs, radiology, etc.). - Timely documentation of all care/interactions and escalating to appropriate multidisciplinary teams, as needed. - Supporting the development of programs and product by providing user feedback. Qualifications - Registered Nurse, BSN prepared, current unrestricted multi-state (compact) license. - 3+ years experience in an outpatient pediatric primary care practice, pediatric urgent care, or pediatric emergency room. - Experience providing virtual, phone or in-person pediatric triage care. - Flexible and agile thinker who embraces change. - Internet-connected, able to work remotely via video, phone and text. - Willing to travel occasionally (infrequent). - Willing to work weekends and holidays. - Understanding of the prevalence and role that birth inequity and structural racism plays in maternal and infant morbidity and mortality. - Professionally engaged.
