Job Requirements

- Strong technical credibility, with the ability and willingness to contribute code, review designs, and guide implementation details.
- Experience balancing people leadership, technical decision-making, and delivery management in a modern software engineering environment.
- Interest in solving complex problems that help keep people safe.
- A collaborative leadership style, with a focus on building team capability, ownership, and accountability.
- Experience working in large code-base products or enterprise-grade software, with an appreciation for quality, maintainability, and operational excellence.
- Experience with cloud platforms, with AWS experience being preferred.
