Role Description As a Manager / Architect for Engineering, you will lead an engineering team that owns end-to-end a domain within our product suite, building features and capabilities that directly impact revenue outcomes for hotels worldwide. Qualifications - An experienced people leader with a track record of managing engineering teams and a passion for coaching and mentoring. - A strong hands-on background in backend development, with deep experience in designing and building scalable APIs, services, and product systems. - The ability to see the bigger picture, breaking down large architectural projects into clear, manageable tasks. - A proactive, "can-do" attitude, with the ability to inspire a positive, solution-oriented mindset within your team. - A hands-on experience in using AI tools to optimize processes, speed up product exploration, and viewing AI as a core component of modern software architecture. - Professional proficiency in Python, with solid experience in backend frameworks such as Django or professional experience in GoLang. - Fluency in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
