• Manage the full software development life cycle – designing, coding, testing, and maintaining complex Android applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to technical designs, refine development standards, and ensure code quality • Own feature development from requirements to delivery, ensuring performance, security, and reliability • Work with developers, architects, testers, and analysts to create technical designs for feature groups • Mentor developers, promote best practices, and ensure high-quality code standards • Conduct code reviews and ensure 100% code review coverage • Write unit and functional tests; assist QA with reviewing, creating, and delivering functional automation tests

Role Description The Director, Epilepsy & Movement Disorder (EMD) and Market Access Activation Lead is responsible for translating Brand and functional needs into the plans and roadmaps of the Global Capabilities within the Business Operations and Analytics (BOA) team. This is an individual contributor role that will report directly into the VP, BOA and dotted lines into the EMD Franchise and Market Access Function. This role will be attending Leadership Team meetings as needed to understand business needs and to communicate and help embed new and existing Global Capabilities into the EMD Franchise (including Marketing and all field teams). This role will heavily interact across the EMD Franchise teams and functions, Market Access Team, and the Global Capability Owners within the Customer Experience Organization. • Conduct in-depth analysis of Android applications and SDKs to understand their codebase, architecture, functionality and to identify potential risks. • Employ advanced reverse engineering techniques to extract information from various codebases, including decompilation, disassembly, and debugging. • Identify user and device risk, data leakage, and malicious code execution within Android apps and SDKs. • Gather, analyze and report threat intelligence related to Android malware, exploits, and emerging security trends. • Collaborate with security researchers, developers, and other stakeholders to share findings, provide recommendations, and contribute to the development of secure applications and ecosystem.
