Role Description The Director, Epilepsy & Movement Disorder (EMD) and Market Access Activation Lead is responsible for translating Brand and functional needs into the plans and roadmaps of the Global Capabilities within the Business Operations and Analytics (BOA) team. This is an individual contributor role that will report directly into the VP, BOA and dotted lines into the EMD Franchise and Market Access Function. This role will be attending Leadership Team meetings as needed to understand business needs and to communicate and help embed new and existing Global Capabilities into the EMD Franchise (including Marketing and all field teams). This role will heavily interact across the EMD Franchise teams and functions, Market Access Team, and the Global Capability Owners within the Customer Experience Organization.
