About the team Collaborate with product, engineering, customer-success, and technical support teams to refine & streamline developer experience for customers; Ensure APIs meet the highest standards and conventions by reviewing and defining in partnership with the engineering teams; Create next-in-class user and data analytics pipeline by building system to track user visits and user activity; Understand how visitors are consuming company content and improve user activity based on feedback; Build world-class developer portal and docs with AI as a core feature by developing SDKs or prebuilt code in various programing languages; Ensure these SDKs are open-sourced and available on GitHub for our users to access and foster a developer community; Incorporate the latest technologies and up-leveling tech stack; and Develop external tools and services that get released to customers. Partial telecommuting permitted; on-site at 188 Spear Street, Floor 9, San Francisco, CA 94105 when not telecommuting. Salary: $213,512-$270,900 per year. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or any occupation, job title, position performing software engineering for developer-facing products. Must also have experience in the following: 5 years of professional experience utilizing programming languages including Typescript, Java, Kotlin, and Python; 5 years of professional experience working on high-volume distributed systems; 5 years of professional experience working with GCP or AWS (including EC2, RDS, ELB, and CloudFront), Docker, and Kubernetes; 5 years of professional experience designing, releasing, and maintaining APIs; 5 years of professional experience leasing migrations in software; and 4 years of professional experience working with front-end and back-end systems.
