Insurance Sales Producer

BrightWay Insurance

• Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction • Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations • Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients • Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork • Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies • Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies

Job Requirements

  • A valid Texas Property and Casualty General Lines insurance license is required at the time of application
  • Current Texas residency
  • 1-2 years of Insurance Sales Experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Role Description Collaborate with our development partners and manage a set of in-market premium games that have content release roadmaps. - Collaborate with the developers around content strategies and roadmap prioritization. - Work with internal business development to explore additional opportunities for the titles such as platform expansion or new partnerships. - Build a transition strategy for a select set of titles to ensure a smooth, thorough hand-off from development partners to Balor Games. - Several titles are based on existing, high-quality IPs and require collaboration between Balor, the developers, and the IP holders. - Seeking a proactive, strategic contract producer with deep game fluency, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication to drive project outcomes.
