• Lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery meets agreed scope, budget, timeline, and governance standards. • Partner with Executive Sponsors and business leads to design, plan and manage delivery of projects and change initiatives. • Coordinate multiple workstreams, manage resources, and direct cross-functional project teams. • Engage with and manage external partners and vendors. • Assess the impact of change and effectively manage risks and emerging issues. • Ensure smooth transition from project delivery into operations, ensuring strategies are in place for the successful adoption of changes.

• Coordinates with engineering staff to ensure that prompt and accurate estimates and pricing are achieved and consistent with project goals • Develops and maintains ongoing contact with the customer to schedule and coordinate all work performed and to ensure clear and consistent communication about the projects progress, costs, and training • Assists engineers in obtaining quotes from outside mechanical, electrical and construction contractors, and vendors, chooses appropriate contractors and vendors for each project, issues contracts, schedules and manages all contractor and subcontractor work and ensures on time arrival of all project equipment and supplies • Coordinates with ESG Management, Finance and Accounting support groups to ensure project is on track and cost objectives are met • Reviews Project Metrics report with the project accountant that contains contract value, percent of completion, billings, contingency, and margin; flags on report that generate action items include under billings by more than 5% and margin deviation by greater than 3% • Monitors labor, materials, project modifications and work completion and makes changes as necessary to ensure achievement of project objectives within cost and time constraints • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all OSHA, Federal, State and safety regulations as well as all ESG policies and procedures

Coordinate and manage clinical trial processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, improving project management workflows, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to support timely study initiation and maintenance.

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contracted work scope specifications. • Track, manage and resolve project issues as they arise throughout the project life cycle. • Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers and clients. • Formulate reports by extracting required data from various sources concerning such areas as work progress, costs and scheduling, for internal and external distribution. • Implement and adhere to the project management process and methodology. • Work with contract administrators to manage financial aspects of contracts to protect companys interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the customer. • Represent company in customer facing project meetings and attend strategy meetings. • Track and reconcile revenue, cost of goods, accruals, and customer invoices using principles of cost accounting.
