- Review newly bound commercial insurance policies to validate the accuracy of submitted information - Conduct quality assessments of policies issued without prior underwriting review - Investigate and verify business information using internal systems, internet research, public records, vendor tools, and other available resources - Analyze business operations, property characteristics, occupancy details, and risk-related information to identify discrepancies - Determine whether submitted information aligns with underwriting requirements and company guidelines - Document findings and make appropriate policy corrections when inaccuracies are identified - Communicate validation results and required changes to agents, customers, and internal stakeholders - Utilize tools such as BIE, CLS, mapping tools, aerial imagery, public records, and internet search resources to support validation efforts - Maintain accurate records of investigations, findings, and policy updates - Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and agency partners to resolve discrepancies efficiently - Monitor trends and identify recurring quality concerns to support continuous improvement initiatives - Ensure work is completed within established service level agreements and quality standards
Job Requirements
- Experience in insurance, underwriting support, policy review, risk analysis, or a related field

Role Description The Supervisor, Loss Mit will be responsible, directly or through staff, for protecting the assets of the company in bankruptcies, repossessions, and other legal proceedings.
