Role Description This Tax Manager position is responsible for a range of corporate tax matters, including the preparation and review of federal, state, local, and foreign income and franchise tax returns, as well as support for income tax provision processes (ASC 740). The role also provides exposure to areas such as credits and incentives, sales/use/withholding taxes, and cross-functional or special projects. While direct experience in these areas is not required, the position offers opportunities to develop additional skills over time, with guidance available from senior team members as needed.
