• Serve as a liaison between Hamilton Insurance Agency and clients • Retain existing clients by building and solidifying relationships • Answer product and service questions in a timely manner • Respond to telephone and email inquiries from clients • Follow up on pending issues • Act as liaison between client and carrier on escalated service issues • Assist Sales Executives with research and preparation for client presentations • Prepare client spreadsheets and presentations • Coordinate renewals with Producer and/or management and BA • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information • Manage overall case management and service coordination
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Life & Health License (or must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Knowledge of employee benefits programs and procedures
- Proficient oral and written communications skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret data
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
