• Support the development of cloud technology offerings and IT operations solutions. • Assist in preparing technical materials and presentations for clients and partners. • Participate in requirements-gathering meetings and in understanding client needs. • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to define technical solutions. • Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals. • Monitor indicators and metrics of implemented solutions. • Assist with configuring and maintaining demo environments (POCs and labs). • Support research and studies on new cloud technologies and services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology-related fields.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical IT areas, such as infrastructure, N3 support, system administration, cloud, or development.
- Hands-on experience with the AWS platform, directly involved in configuring, administering, or supporting environments.
- Basic knowledge of compute, storage, databases, networking, and information security.
- Familiarity with core AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Basic understanding of cloud architectures and security best practices.
- Familiarity with containers, microservices, and modern application architectures.
- Good communication skills, collaborative mindset, and an interest in continuous learning.
- A plus: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
- Knowledge of automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability.
- English for reading technical documentation.
- Participation in professional, academic, or personal projects using AWS.

Role Description We’re hiring a Sales Engineer to play a central role in the Litmus sales cycle. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to understand customer challenges in OT/IT integration and Industry 4.0, then demonstrate how the Litmus platform delivers measurable value. You bring hands-on knowledge of the factory floor — discrete and batch production, industrial software ecosystems, and the realities of connecting OT to IT. Role Description As a member of the Enterprise Revenue Cycle - National Service Line: Neuroscience: PreArrival Authorization department, you will be responsible for: - Answering inbound and/or placing outbound telephone calls as assigned, directing callers appropriately, and ensuring all calls are handled efficiently and in a timely manner. - Scheduling various types of appointments for physicians, advanced clinical practitioners, and other clinicians, and communicating any necessary instructions to the patient. - Contacting patients by phone to remind them of upcoming appointment(s), asking follow-up care questions, and providing special instructions if needed.
