Client Implementation Manager
FORM │ Virtual obesity medicine clinic
• Serve as the primary point of contact through the implementation process, managing the onboarding and implementation of assigned client projects • Understand client needs, manage expectations, and provide regular updates through the implementation • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, resources, timelines and deliverables for each implementation • Collaborate across various internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication to deliver a successful implementation that meets client expectations • Identify, assess and mitigate potential risks that may arise • Monitor systems after launch, gather feedback and identify areas for improvement • Gather client and vendor feedback to identify opportunities to improve/streamline implementation processes • Stay up-to-date on project management best practices
Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years experience in a client-facing role within the healthcare industry
- Strong project management skills are essential for planning, executing and monitoring implementations
- Superior organization and time management skills
- Experience managing implementations in the healthcare space, understanding integration points with health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, etc
- The ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during implementation
- Strong foundational knowledge of employer program implementations across multiple vendors that include health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, etc
- Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience in healthcare-related field preferred
- Ability to build credibility and trust by understanding and addressing customer requirements
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and phone communication skills, with the ability to adapt conversations for different audiences
- PMP certificate preferred
