• You will assist in defining client technical and business requirements, documenting these requirements and working with the developers to design and test Analytics applications in the areas of Data Ingestion, Reporting/Dashboard development, or in advanced Analytical applications using AI/ML technologies • You will work as part of a team with a focus on successful completion of these engagements • Work closely with the technical delivery and account management team to (1) Ensure customer satisfaction (2) Develop Analytics applications as defined by customer needs and (3) Provide consulting and advisory help in the area of Analytics application development and best practices for the business unit and company • This position will focus on delivery of solutions inside our Data Management/Analytics business unit
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Business or Technical or a related field of study
- 3 to 5 years professional services experience with leading projects for external or internal customers
- Hands-on / roll sleeves up work ethic, team player willing to take on work needed for project to succeed
- Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation
- Develops solutions to unique challenges that may serve as precedent for future decisions
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Data analytics/data warehousing specific knowledge
- Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake. Cloud Certifications from AWS or Azure
- Candidates with working knowledge and experience in delivering Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing or Reporting solutions both on-prem and in the cloud
- Experience with Databricks, Fabric or Snowflake is a plus
- Knowledge or reporting/dashboard technologies such as PowerBI, Tableau, or other is a plus as is the ability to develop source to target mappings are part of the overall data ingestion and reporting process

Role Description We’re looking for a BI and Data Operations Lead to own and scale the operational backbone of our data function. You’ll lead the team responsible for maintaining reporting excellence from regulatory and compliance reporting to enterprise dashboards while driving automation and infrastructure improvements that make data delivery faster, cleaner, and more reliable.
