• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality Sigma dashboards and financial reports aligned with business and stakeholder requirements • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, accurate, and visually compelling insights • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and prepare data for reporting and analytics use cases • Perform data modeling and manage reporting-ready data structures within Snowflake • Partner with finance leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate metrics, and deliver actionable insights • Modernize and rationalize legacy financial reports, improving performance, usability, and scalability • Apply data visualization and BI and CI (Continuous Intelligence) best practices to ensure consistency, clarity, and self-service usability • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data accuracy, integrity, and performance issues across dashboards and reports • Document data definitions, business logic, and reporting standards to support transparency and governance

Role Description We’re looking for a BI and Data Operations Lead to own and scale the operational backbone of our data function. You’ll lead the team responsible for maintaining reporting excellence from regulatory and compliance reporting to enterprise dashboards while driving automation and infrastructure improvements that make data delivery faster, cleaner, and more reliable. This role shapes the heartbeat of our data ecosystem, building reliable systems today while engineering for the scale, speed, and insight we’ll need tomorrow. - Operational Excellence - Oversee data support operations, driving quality, responsiveness, and clear service standards. - Define and track operational SLAs, success metrics, and data quality KPIs. - Drive automation and process optimisation to reduce manual reporting and improve operational efficiency, with added advantage if capable of implementing AI-driven automation solutions. - Regulatory, Compliance & Governance - Lead and govern regulatory and compliance reporting, ensuring precision, timeliness, and full audit readiness. - Establish and enforce data quality and availability standards across BI environments. - BI Platform & Infrastructure Management - Own and optimise the dashboard ecosystem, improving reliability, performance, and user adoption across the organisation. - Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Analytics Leads to enhance reporting infrastructure and semantic data layers. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Product and Engineering teams to assess downstream data impacts of product changes, ensuring data readiness and integrity across systems. - Leadership & Team Development - Coach and mentor the BI & Data Ops team to build deep technical and operational capabilities. Qualifications - At least 5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Data Operations, or BI Infrastructure. - Advanced proficiency in SQL and deep expertise with BI and visualisation tools, including performance tuning, data modelling, and governance best practices. - Proven track record in operational governance, automation, and data quality management. - Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across business, data engineering, and analytics teams. - Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong sense of operational ownership.
