Lead, Technical Product Manager
Flash
Role Description Join Our Flash Team as a Lead, Technical Product Manager (Digital)! We’re seeking a Lead / Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM) to own the end-to-end delivery and execution of initiatives across our Digital product vertical—driving execution from ideation through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery. This is a hands-on, execution-first role where you will: - Translate product vision into clear, actionable engineering plans. - Lead Agile execution and take full ownership of delivery outcomes across complex, cross-functional initiatives. - Operate at the center of Product, Engineering, and Design—bringing structure to ambiguity, driving alignment, and ensuring teams are set up to deliver with speed and precision. Success in this role means: - Digital products move from concept to launch with clarity and momentum. - Engineering teams operate with minimal ambiguity. - Features are delivered predictably with high quality and strong customer impact. You are someone who sees around corners—identifying risks early, removing blockers quickly, and continuously improving how teams plan, build, and ship. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on customer-facing digital experiences at scale, with meaningful ownership, high visibility, and the ability to shape how modern product and delivery teams operate—leveraging evolving tools, including AI, to work smarter and move faster. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, or similar roles. - Proven track record delivering complex software initiatives end-to-end in Agile environments. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, and modern system architectures. - Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams. - Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools. - Experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Requirements - Proven experience delivering complex, customer-facing digital products (web, mobile, or multi-surface) end-to-end. - Strong command of Agile delivery with hands-on experience leading sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution. - Ability to translate product strategy into clear, actionable epics, user stories, and detailed functional specifications. - Solid technical fluency, including APIs, system integrations, and modern software architectures. - Experience partnering closely with Engineering on implementation trade-offs, dependencies, and sequencing. - Deep working knowledge of Jira and Confluence for backlog management, workflow visibility, and delivery tracking. - Demonstrated ability to use data and delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, defects) to improve team performance. - Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., for documentation, workflow optimization, or productivity); experience within the Atlassian ecosystem is a plus. Benefits - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. - 401(k) with company match. - Paid time off and flexible work environment. - Opportunities for professional growth and development.

• This is a broad Senior PM role on the quality, trust, and communication side of service delivery — setting the right expectations on both sides, steering Pros to deliver great work, resolving conflicting interests fairly, and making our AI-powered support genuinely good. • You'll work on live, high-scale systems with a mandate to make them better. • You'll work alongside other PMs; your center of gravity is the trust between both sides of the marketplace. • You'll shape strategy, policy, and the systems behind a whole slice of the post-booking experience — not optimize one screen. • You'll build the policies and the decision systems that resolve these fairly and consistently at scale — and make the judgment call yourself when there's no clean answer. • You'll own the eval systems — golden datasets, automated judges, regression detection, human-review sampling — that define what 'good' means for an open-ended conversation.
• The PM team: Lead, coach, and multiply three already-strong PMs — and hire more as we grow. • Prioritization: Own the growth/retention/profitability tradeoffs on one shared roadmap — what gets built, what waits, what we kill. • Multi-service strategy: Turn one proven vertical into a repeatable playbook across services, designing for customers and Pros as one system. • Agent-native direction: Own how AI and agents show up in what we build — for our team, our customers, and our Pros. • Cross-functional partnership: Be the product leader the rest of the company trusts to make the right calls.
