Role Description We’re expanding across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, and we’re looking for an Investigator Grants Associate to help build the foundation of our project team supporting site payment operations in Brazil. The Investigator Grants Associate II position is designed to be a key member of the project team while providing grant administration processing and financial support to the Project Team and Finance Teams of Precision’s clients. The position requires the candidate to be detail oriented, meticulous, with advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle large volumes of confidential financial information in a fast-paced environment. - Serve as a financial member of the Project Team with the goal to contribute towards timely, efficient, and accurate preparation and tracking of site payments. - Review the financial section of the Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) to prepare the tracking workbook for site payments on a project-by-project and site-by-site basis. - Responsible for maintaining the advance balance tracking on a project-by-project basis to ensure that sufficient prepaid funds are on-hand to make site payments. - Work with the respective Project Directors and Project Managers to provide guidance on how to populate the site payment workbook to ensure visits eligible for payment are tracked and processed. - Ensure that the investigator site payment workbook is financially calculating all fields correctly to facilitate accurate site payments. - Prepare the site payment package for the Project Director/Project Manager review and approval. - Communicate approved payments based upon the terms and conditions of the CTA within the Finance Department to facilitate entry into the financial systems and payment processing. - Preparation of Aggregate Spend (Sunshine Act) Medicare/Medicaid (MMSE) reporting as applicable. - Preparation of site payment reconciliations. - Maintenance of the investigator grant dedicated mailbox. - Coach and Mentor teammates on Investigator Grants Team. - Ad hoc financial tasks and duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, Global Investigator Grants. - Provides support to the Project Team by managing the Investigator Grants pass through budget. - Ability to collect data pertaining to patient activity at each site in the workbook and use this data to: - Create accurate client accrual. - Pay sites based on Fully Executed Clinical Trial Agreement. - Project costs to monitor overall budget health. - Ability to communicate with sites and clients via email to resolve inquiries. - Exhibits self-motivation, is detail-oriented and able to work and plan independently as well as in a team environment. - Ability to deliver on commitments, an understanding of the service culture and positive interactions with customers and teammates. Role Description The DSP (Delivery Service Partner) Offer & Expansion team is part of the Last Mile Product and Technology organization and is responsible for designing, launching, and managing the strategy of the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program around the world across all of its various use cases. Amazon’s Last Mile Claims team is seeking a talented claims professional to support our rapidly growing and evolving global auto program. You will lead strategy on complex bodily injury auto claims, handling pre-litigation disputes and resolving litigated claims with cross-functional partners. Further, you will help develop programs and tools that contain costs, and continue successful third party administrator (TPA) strategies and relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Claims management of moderate and complex bodily injury and litigated claims. - Work with business units to implement strategies to limit complex high value claims and contain costs. - Develop strategy and action plans for claims in tandem with internal/external counsel, TPAs, and insurance companies. - Mediation and settlement strategy and attendance in conjunction with external legal partners, insurance companies, and TPAs. - Field and address business partners on-going questions and issues through claims resolution as needed. - Partner with internal teams to proactively prevent claims through safety measures. - Ensure that the TPA manages the claims diligently, partners with Risk Management and Legal (internal and external), and employs best practices to control claim costs. - Lead logistic complex claims management, develop and refine claims processes, and provide training as needed. - Direct claim reviews and ensure alignment with KPIs and Performance Guarantee. - Report out on business metrics to internal business teams, including logistics and Amazon’s captive insurance program. - Partner and direct external vendors and partners on innovative claims handling and initiatives that support simplicity and contain costs while enhancing the customer experience. - Effectively communicate recommended risk mitigation strategies to cross-functional and internal leadership teams. - Manage and advise on worldwide corporate auto exposures, delivery service provider projects, and other logistics operations. - Utilize and/or establish analytics, metrics, and benchmarking through multiple sources to evaluate loss trends. - Provide guidance and support for loss prevention matters to ensure an open, proactive, and effective risk management culture. - Assist in developing business proposals and case studies for presentation to senior leaders. - Work across teams to share ideas, influence change, and deliver project results. Qualifications - BA/BS degree from an accredited university. - 7+ years experience adjudication of complex, pre-litigated and litigated bodily injury claims. - 5+ years experience in transportation claims management, including fleets or large auto claim programs. - Must have active adjuster license. - Knowledge of the litigation process and claims handling from inception to resolution. - Reserve management and financial acumen. Experience setting and managing reserves on high-exposure and catastrophic claims, including large loss reporting and escalation protocols. Requirements - ARM, CPCU, or similar professional designation (preferred). - Strong understanding of commercial auto and general liability insurance policies (preferred). - Experience interpreting policy language, coverage triggers, endorsements, and exclusions in commercial fleet environments (preferred). - Robust understanding of the litigation process and claims handling from inception to resolution (preferred). - Understanding and hands-on experience with complex logistics claims, including understanding of the unique liability exposures created by independent contractor models, delivery service partner programs, or gig-economy driver networks (preferred). - Experience analyzing and interpreting claims and operational data to support strategic decision-making and drive outcomes (preferred). Role Description The Care Navigator will be responsible for case management specific to kidney health management. The Care Navigator will complete activities for the continuum of care to facilitate and promote high quality, cost-effective outcomes for patients and focus on the whole patient and care delivery coordination. - Manage a set caseload of mixed acuity members. - Review and/or obtain member data and entry in HealthMap’s Care Management documentation system (Compass). - Complete member health and social determinants of health screenings. - Conduct medication reconciliation. - Create and maintain member-centric care plans. - Update identified problems, barriers, interventions, and goals. - Assist with ongoing case management. - Collaborate with internal and external (physicians, nurses, and other healthcare personnel) to assure positive patient outcomes and care coordination. Qualifications - Active, unrestricted RN license required. - Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years of RN experience including 3+ years in case management may be considered in lieu of degree. - CCM preferred. - Three (3) years of experience in case management preferred. - Experience in a dialysis center or transplant center preferred. - Experience with Medicare and Medicaid preferred.
