Role Description En Compraquí buscamos a nuestro/a próximo/a Kam de Segmento MiPyme, quien será responsable de diseñar e impulsar la estrategia integral para abordar este segmento, conectando las necesidades reales de los comercios con soluciones de valor. Tendrás un rol clave en el crecimiento del negocio, liderando iniciativas que potencien la adquisición, adopción y uso de medios de pago, trabajando de forma cercana con clientes, gremios y equipos internos. ¿Cuál será tu desafío? - Diseñar, liderar e implementar la estrategia de segmentación MiPyme en Compraquí. - Comprender en profundidad las necesidades comerciales y técnicas del segmento en terreno. - Analizar el comportamiento de los comercios para generar acciones que impulsen su crecimiento y desarrollo. - Promover el uso de medios de pago mediante propuestas de valor atractivas y sostenibles. - Desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con clientes, gremios y stakeholders clave. Principales funciones: - Liderar la puesta en marcha de la estrategia de segmentos junto a BancoEstado. - Cumplir objetivos de adquisición, crecimiento, uso y retención del segmento. - Gestionar la relación comercial con clientes clave y posicionarse como socio estratégico. - Coordinar el despliegue comercial con áreas de marketing, operaciones, producto y tecnología. - Levantar insights desde terreno y traducirlos en decisiones de negocio (producto, pricing, comunicación, onboarding). - Monitorear el desempeño de las iniciativas y su impacto en resultados y experiencia de cliente. Qualifications - Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial o carrera afín. - Manejo de Office (nivel avanzado). - Experiencia en gestión de segmentos y desarrollo comercial. - Deseable experiencia en banca, fintech, medios de pago, telecomunicaciones o retail. - Deseable conocimiento en MiPyme o inclusión financiera. - Experiencia en diseño de propuestas de valor y modelos go-to-market (muy valorado). Requirements - Experiencia en gestión de segmentos y desarrollo comercial. - Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial o carrera afín. - Experiencia en banca, fintech, medios de pago, telecomunicaciones o retail. - Deseable conocimiento en MiPyme o inclusión financiera. - Experiencia en diseño de propuestas de valor y modelos go-to-market (muy valorado).
