Qualifications - Bachelors degree and 16 years of experience or a Masters degree and 14 years of experience or an Associates degree and 18 years of experience or a High School diploma and 20 years of experience. - Must be a U.S. Citizen. - Minimum 5 to 6 years' experience in software engineering. - Demonstrated software development expertise with C/C++, C#/.Net, WinForms, WPF and loose XAML. - Experience performing software engineering in an Agile environment. - Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. - Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. Requirements - Master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or similar field (preferred). - Experience in Public Safety Solutions (preferred). - Experience with computer aided dispatch systems (preferred). - Minimum 10 to 12 years' experience in Unix and/or Windows development (preferred). - Minimum 4 to 8 years' experience performing software engineering in an Agile environment (preferred). - Use of other technologies may be expected. Benefits - Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. - Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
