• As Raw Materials & Packaging Buyer (m/f/d) you are responsible for procuring raw materials and packaging for our product portfolio, with a particular focus on international sourcing — especially from China. • You build and develop supplier relationships, manage quality and delivery processes, and bring deep market knowledge of raw materials and packaging. • You source raw materials for dietary supplements nationally and internationally — with an emphasis on suppliers from China and the Asia-Pacific region. • You identify, qualify and develop new suppliers and establish a resilient supplier network. • You maintain existing supplier relationships and negotiate prices, terms and contracts — including in English. • You procure packaging materials (e.g. bottles, cans, pouches, labels, cartons) taking into account design, quality, regulatory requirements and cost. • You coordinate sampling and approval of new packaging together with Product Development and Quality Assurance. • You monitor trends and innovations in the packaging market and contribute new ideas. • You prepare procurement proposals based on requirements analyses and ensure a stable material supply. • You oversee the entire order process including delivery dates, customs and import handling, and quality inspection at goods receipt. • You document all relevant processes and supplier information in a structured manner. • You work closely with Quality Assurance and ensure that all raw materials and packaging meet regulatory requirements. • You handle complaints and develop sustainable measures with suppliers to improve quality. • You track developments in relevant raw material and packaging markets and derive savings potential as well as recommendations for action. • You produce regular reports on costs, supplier performance and purchasing KPIs.

• Build and maintain relationships with colocation providers and data center operators globally. • Maintain up-to-date visibility into available capacity across key data center markets. • Support sourcing activities for: single rack deployments, private cages, enterprise colocation, and larger infrastructure opportunities. • Coordinate RFI/RFP processes with operators and suppliers. • Source and compare suitable facilities based on: location, power availability, cooling capabilities, connectivity options, commercial terms, and deployment timelines. • Maintain internal tracking tools and databases covering: supplier contacts, pricing information, capacity availability, and market intelligence. • Support commercial discussions and quote collection with operators. • Monitor developments across the data center market including: new facility launches, supply constraints, pricing trends, and emerging markets. • Work closely with sales and technical teams to support customer opportunities. • Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and partner meetings. • Develop strong awareness of global data center market dynamics and maintain active engagement within the industry.
