Job Requirements
- Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im operativen und strategischen Einkauf
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Einkauf von Schüttware wie Tee, Kräuter, Gewürze, Süßigkeiten oder vergleichbare Lebensmittel- oder Naturprodukte
- Verhandlungsstärke und Fähigkeit, sicher auf Augenhöhe zu verhandeln
- Verständnis der gesamten Beschaffungskette und Fähigkeit zur Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen
- Analytisches Denken und datenbasierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten und Proaktivität
