Market Manager – Events

Acosta

• Leads product demonstration and event operations across assigned markets. • Responsible for implementing event processes and ensuring service quality. • Provides consistent leadership to retail supervisors. • Recruits, trains, coaches, and oversees event execution to deliver strong performance and compliance.

Job Requirements

  • At least three + years of experience in retail, restaurant, food industry, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Any required national, state, or local food safety certifications must be maintained.
  • Strong English communication skills are required. Bilingual ability may be needed based on business needs.
