• Define and implement strategy to grow Yondr’s Events business in North America. • Emphasis on weddings, corporate, hospitality, celebrity, and music based events • Source Event leads through inbound and outbound tactics. • Properly quote Event service by assessing a client’s needs and the nature of the event. • Craft an on site plan for each Event, taking into account staffing, layout and all logistics involved. • Remain on-call the day of the event to problem-solve any potential issues. • Upload and update Event and client information into internal systems. • Analyze the success of each event by collecting feedback from attendees and staff. • Create and develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers • Ensure every customer feels supported and is successful in creating a phone-free event • Oversee and manage smooth transition from sales conversation to implementation, back to account management
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account Executives in next steps. • Generating and qualifying outbound leads - proactively develop and deploy outreach campaigns to schools and districts on behalf of the Account Executives. • Evaluate and vet inbound leads to determine their potential value. • Conduct thorough research to understand a school’s needs and pain points and develop relevant responses. • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule initial meetings and follow-ups. • Assist in developing strategies to increase sales volume and efficiency. • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach methods and messaging. • Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook. • Report to the Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results. • Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth sales discussions.
Role Description The Yondr Implementation Associate is important in supporting the Partner Success Managers responsible for ensuring customer success during the post-sales customer journey. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, relationship-oriented, and laser-focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be accountable for successfully implementing the Yondr program and offering continued top-notch guidance and programming that will guarantee customer success. - Virtually support new school accounts to facilitate the implementation process, including onboarding, product/program setup, training, and customization to meet their specific requirements. - Partner with schools on Yondr policy/protocol creation. - Effectively communicate with school administrators, teaching staff, and parent communities through engaging presentations and written and virtual communication sources. - Serve as a point of contact to school partners in support of assigned Education Program Specialist. - Participate in the delivery of on-site services as necessary. - Contribute to the design and delivery of Yondr school programming, projects, or resources as additional needs arise. Qualifications - Background and/or experience in education (specifically grades 6-12). - Familiarity with current educational practices around implementing school programming. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills. - Adaptability in dynamic environments: thrives in fast-paced settings, exhibiting flexibility and demonstrates resilience to navigate through rapid growth. - Proficiency in technology: skilled in digital tools and technology platforms that support a remote work environment. - Solution-driven mindset: the ability to embrace change and tackle obstacles with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree. - 2+ years of experience in customer service, education, and/or a related field. - Travel expectation is based on partner demand and manager approval: 0-15% non-peak / 20-30% peak seasons. - Must live in Illinois or Indiana - preference for the Greater Chicago area. Benefits - $40/hour. - The number of hours per week for this role may vary depending on the demands of the implementation busy season. - June: 5 - 15 hours per week. - July to Oct: 15 - 30 hours per week. Manage corporate credit card inquiries and transactions, perform bank reconciliations monthly, and support month-end close processes while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and maintaining accurate financial records.

Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across the company. Reporting into the Head of Finance and Accounting, this role will serve as a strategic partner to the business providing rigorous financial insights, decision support, and scalable planning processes as the business grows. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, operationally minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Fully own the company’s annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial models. Develop and maintain supporting financial models covering revenue, headcount, and operating expenses. Lead the company’s cash flow forecast, working closely with Accounting to update and review on a weekly basis. Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track company and team performance. Act as an integral finance partner to department heads (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain and Logistics). Support pricing, unit economics, and go-to-market analyses. Drive weekly and monthly revenue forecasting and pipeline reviews in collaboration with sales leaders. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting for the executive team, board, and investors. Manage quarterly board deck updates. Support fundraising efforts, including updates to investor decks, data rooms, and diligence materials. Introduce companywide processes appropriate for a growing startup to improve fiscal accountability. This role owns the integrity of our financial statements, manages the monthly close and consolidation process across multiple legal entities (including international subsidiaries), and partners closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Leadership to support a growing business. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple revenue streams, inventory, and cross-border complexity.
