This role sits at the intersection of executive support, operations, project coordination, and stakeholder management. - Manage complex executive calendars, schedules, and competing priorities. - Protect executive focus time and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts. - Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics. - Draft, organize, and manage executive communications. - Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation. - Capture meeting notes, action items, and follow-up commitments. - Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders. - Support leadership meetings and recurring operational activities. - Assist with project coordination, tracking, and reporting. - Maintain business processes, systems, and documentation. - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. - Anticipate operational challenges and proactively implement solutions. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant, Executive Operations, or related experience. - Experience supporting senior leaders, founders, or executive teams. - Advanced calendar management and scheduling experience. - Experience coordinating domestic and international travel. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. - Experience with project coordination and operational support activities. - Proficiency with modern workplace and collaboration tools. - Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
